Blair Helgren is responsible for initiating and overseeing commercial real estate transactions and developments in the Central Texas area. Blair has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate and has successfully executed transactions in retail, office, and industrial properties, as well as acquisitions and dispositions of raw land. In his development role, Blair is responsible for the site selection and master planning of new shopping center developments in the Austin and Central Texas market. Blair also heads the tenant representation role for Woodland Property Group. He is dedicated to completing transactions on time and with the most favorable lease terms for his clients.
Education:
Blair attended Texas State University and earned a BA degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing in May of 2000

Susan Helgren

Susan Helgren has work experience in the commercial real estate business in many areas. She personally owns nine locations including shopping centers, light industrial warehouses, and offices. Most of the locations she developed from the ground up which gives her experience in entitlements, master-planning, landscaping design, costing, permitting, construction, financing, and leasing. Susan’s personal experience has lead to a wealth of knowledge from an owner’s perspective. She has also owned businesses and been a tenant giving her a first hand understanding of the tenant’s views and how good management services are vital to the success of any business. Backed up by an eager, knowledgeable, and ethical team, Susan understands the daily aspects of owning commercial real estate and trade secrets that take years of experience to acquire.

Jim Helgren is responsible for overseeing the design, permitting, site development, building construction, tenant improvement build out, and closeout of commercial developments. Jim has developed an impressive inventory of over 700,000 square feet of commercial space. A major asset to our clients is Jim’s ability to bid tenant finish out improvement costs. Also, his subcontractors provide us with excellent property management service that leads to quick remediation of property repairs. He also has over 30 years experience in commercial and residential real estate brokerage.

Dave Anderson is responsible for the oversight of Woodland Property Group’s commercial property management portfolio in Austin and Central Texas. He also works closely with clients looking to buy or sell commercial property by preparing detailed financial analyses that maximize bargaining positions. In addition, Dave keeps detailed information on all properties so clients have a clear understanding of their financial position at any given point in time through budgeting and income projections.
Prior to joining Woodland Property Group, Anderson was the co-founder of a software development company in Austin where he led all recruiting and operations for three years. The company, AGEA Corporation, was sold in 2002.
Education:
Anderson is a graduate of Duke University, having received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Markets & Management Studies. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Philip Helgren focuses on the marketing and leasing of Woodland Property Group’s commercial and residential properties and developments. He also administers the tenant representation of retailers and restaurants around central Texas. Prior to joining Woodland Property Group, Philip worked in residential and commercial real estate for Island RE/MAX and ProServ Real Estate in the Galveston and Southern Houston areas.
Education:
Philip attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned a BA from the School of Liberal Arts in May of 2007.
